Potassium Hydroxide (Caustic Potash)

Potassium hydroxide (KOH), also known as caustic potash, is a strong inorganic base. Supplied in flake form, this product is a fundamental raw material in the production of liquid soaps and detergents, biodiesel, fertilizers, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and battery industries. With its high water solubility and strong alkaline properties, it is used for neutralization and pH adjustment in many industrial processes. It comes as white, hygroscopic flakes.
